V.I.L.E. is the true villain in the Cook School (series) and the current head of the BAD organization. In the last chapter of Cook School, it said V.I.L.E. was a sunburned hand. Lizzy said he was "a monster". In The End, he was a sunburned human with red hair and a tattoo of a skull on his left ankle. He came back in Tour to Jungle.

As Vernon

At one point in Cook School: The Return, V.I.L.E. turns into a human named Vernon. He has red hair, light skin, sunglasses, and a skateboard. He wears a red shirt with flames, red and yellow striped pants, red sneakers, and red sweatbands.

He is the male chef of Meandcrazy's fourth gameria, Papa's Popcorneria.
